I will begin the implementation of your Digital First journey, using a mutually acceptable Digital First plan prepared by you or me. If it is a project of relatively short duration and scope, I will manage it to completion. If it is a project of longer term and complexity, I will start and staff the project with employees and/or contractors and hand it off. I can remain involved as a resource for the project leader and the executive team.
